What is a resale marketplace and why should I shop here?

A resale marketplace is where you can purchase brand new or gently worn items sold by other F&E customers (peers) or by us! Because our quality fabrics are made to last and sustainable, we wanted to create a community where fellow F&E lovers can get together to buy and sell pre-loved styles! 

For years, customers have told us how much they love their F&E pieces! We’ve also had customers ask us regularly how they can find that one item they missed out on, so we partnered with Recurate to power this community for finding and purchasing those coveted & rare pre-loved items.


What can I find in ReLoved By Frank & Eileen’s  Collection?

You will find pre-loved garments and one-of-a-kind samples sold by real F&E customers and us! You may find items that are currently out of stock on frankandeileen.com or rare pieces we no longer carry!


Can I buy an item if I don't live in the United States?

Not yet! The Reloved By Frank & Eileen resale marketplace powered by Recurate is not currently available to buyers anywhere outside of the US. We are unable to fulfill international shipping orders at this time.


How do I pay for a pre-loved item and can I use discount codes?

You can pay via our secure checkout in the same way as with any Frank & Eileen  order.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. At this time, we do not accept gift cards from Frank & Eileen.

Discount codes for frankandeileen.com will not apply or be valid on the ReLoved by Frank & Eileen resale marketplace.


How long does shipping take?

We ask our sellers to fulfill your order within 3 business days. Your pre-loved item will ship via USPS with a tracking number, and typically arrives within 3-5 days of being shipped.


What should I do when I receive my order?

Once your order has been delivered you will receive an email to confirm and rate the product. Let us know if your item is up to the standards you expected! If yes, feel free to give your seller a great rating. If not, let us know within three days through the form in your delivery confirmation email. Our customer are team is here to take care of you!


Can I return my pre-loved purchase?

All pre-loved purchases are final (no returns or exchanges) unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If that situation occurs, you can open a dispute once the item has been delivered to you. If we confirm the dispute, we will issue a refund and ask that you please return the item. If you have any questions or concerns, we are always available to help at reloved@frankandeileen.com.

Why should I sell my items on ReLoved by Frank & Eileen?

Our goal is to give you the best value for your item, sell it fast, and find your items a new home to be loved again and again. Not to mention, it's simple - list items straight from your order history.

ReLoved by Frank & Eileen is the official marketplace for buying and selling your pre-loved products from Frank and Eileen. This is where our community lives, and where you, our customers, can interact with one another.


What can I sell?

You can sell most F&E products through our pre-loved program. Once your list is approved, we will place it in the ReLoved by Frank & Eileen Collection for any customer to purchase. 

Please note: Select items from our current and core collections may not be approved to be sold at this time. Feel free to reach out to reloved@frankandeileen.com with any questions about your listing. 


How do I sell my pre-loved item?

1. Log into your F&E  account on frankandeileen.com, or create a new account if you don’t have one.

2. Click "Sell ReLoved by Frank & Eileen". Pick the item you want to sell from your purchase history, or search our product catalog, then follow the prompts.

Please note: Remember to provide complete and accurate information about the item and its condition, since you will only get receive payment once the buyer confirms the condition. F&E  reviews all pre-loved submissions and has the right to approve or deny listings.


How should I take photos of my item?

We suggest laying your item down on a flat surface (like a table or a bed) with a solid background. Take photos of the front and back of the item, plus any imperfections the item has. If possible, please take a picture of the sewn-in care tag to highlight the fabric contents and where it was made. Please also include any special detail you would like to highlight.

Bonus Tip: For British Royal Navy pieces, we suggest photos with natural lighting to help highlight the deep navy hue!


How should I price my item?

You are welcome to name your price, but we will recommend one based on the item's original price and condition. We will then add a fixed amount of $10 to the listing price to cover shipping charges. Prices are subject to modification during the approval process by F&E.


Can I sell an item if I don't live in the United States?

At this time, ReLoved by Frank & Eileen is available to US customers only. We're growing fast and will be in more countries soon!


How is my product approved?

Our dedicated quality team reviews every item before it goes live. We want to make sure your shopper is happy and your item sells! We review:

- Your pictures, to ensure they are accurate and high quality

- Blemishes or quirks, to make sure products, and their condition are accurately described 

- The condition you selected, to make sure it accurately reflects your images 

- The product itself, to make sure it is an authentic piece 

Please note: F&E has the right to approve or deny listings.


How should I prepare my item once it’s sold?

Please ensure your item is in its best quality. Make sure your item is laundered and double check the pockets for any items Write a note to your buyer to include in your package, thanking them for their purchase or telling them what you loved the most about it or how you styled it! The best pieces come with their stories.


What packaging should I use?

Your packaging should fit the size and shape of your item while keeping it protected. We encourage you to reuse packaging from previous F&E purchases (everyone loves the sheep boxes)!


Please Note: You can use a USPS box, available for free at any post office.


How is shipping handled?

Once your item has sold, you will receive a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label via email and must send the item within 3 business days. If you have not shipped your item within 10 days, your transaction will be canceled. You do not have to pay extra for shipping as we add an additional $10 to the sale price, to cover the cost.

Please carefully & neatly pack your item, and drop it off with the shipping label at the nearest US post office. You can also hand it to your mail person or you can schedule a free USPS package pickup.


When will I be paid?

As the seller, you will only be paid for your item after it has been delivered and confirmed by the buyer. When USPS notifies our system that the item has been delivered, the buyer has 3 days to confirm and rate/accept the item. Once this happens, we will release your payment through a cash or F&E store credit.


How will I be paid?

As a seller on ReLoved by Frank & Eileen, you have two choices for receiving your payout: store credit or cash.

If you choose store credit, you get 100% of the sale price of the item in a F&E gift card (i.e. selling an item for $100 gives you $100 F&E gift card or store credit).

If you choose cash, you will receive 70% of the sale price of the item (i.e. selling an item for $100 give you $70 cash paid to you through Stripe).

Please remember, the final sale price paid by the shopper includes a $10 shipping fee + taxes, so your payout will be minus that amount.


How does the store credit work?

We issue store credit as a gift card to be redeemed at frankandeileen.com. You’ll receive the code in the form of a gift card via email upon selecting the credit option for payout. When shopping with F&E, enter the gift card code in the box at checkout.


What if my item is not in my purchase history?

Toggle Content

Not a problem! If you received an F&E item as a gift, purchased from a third-party seller, or anywhere else, navigate into your F&E  account just as normal. When you see your purchase history, locate the button that says “Sell Another Item”. The follow the prompts to sell an item that is not in your order history!
